The inhabitant of Irkutsk has decided an original way to pay off the bailiffs and gave them five sacks of 50-penny coins instead of five thousandth bills. On Tuesday, may 24, reports a press-service UFSSP of Russia across the Irkutsk region.
The man ignored the invoice the building owner from whom he rents the premises for a beauty salon, after which the landlord has addressed in Arbitration court with the claim about recovery of amounts owed. The application was granted.
Later the bailiffs came to the owner with a warning about criminal responsibility.
However, the unconventional man decided to repay a debt and gave the claimants the bags of pennies whose total weight was almost 30 pounds.
However, to paralyze the work of the claimants, he could not — the bags were sealed by the Bank, to convert 10 thousand coins bailiffs had not.
The plaintiff will get the amount transfer to the account.
Earlier, on may 13, in the city of Ozersk, Chelyabinsk region bailiffs seized the debtor three bags of stuff for 54 thousand roubles.
The total debt of a local businessman, engaged in passenger transportations in the city, exceeded 900 thousand rubles.
