Estonia has decided not to object to demonstrations on its territory a propaganda film Times of Donbass, shot by Italian Director Sarah Reginelli from the point of view of the insurgents.

The Minister of culture Indrek Saar wrote in his answer to the Ambassador of Ukraine in Estonia Viktor Kryzhanivskyi.

“Estonia as a democratic state of law respects freedom of speech as one of the fundamental freedoms, provided that it does not contradict the law and is not a means of incitement of hatred and violence,” reports the publication the words of press Secretary of the Ministry of culture Kai-INES Nelson, 3 June.

In a letter addressed to the Minister of culture of Estonia Mr. Indrek Saar, a copy of which was sent to the Ministry of foreign Affairs, Kryzhanivsky said that the Italian journalist Sarah Reginelli illegally visited Eastern Ukraine, temporarily controlled by Russian army and Pro-Russian separatists and made the film the Times of Donbass at the end of this trip.

“This film is part of the ideological hybrid of war of the Russian Federation. It is aimed at promoting the illegal separatist groups in the Eastern part of Ukraine and is intended to refute the Russian military aggression against my country,” – said the Ambassador’s letter.
