Due to hours sitting in front of the TV suffers vision, nervous system, immune system, metabolism and the intensity of redox processes in the body, increased fatigue, reduced performance, disturbed sleep and – we would add – the brain grows dull.

To minimize the harmful effects of prolonged watching TV, try to do at least basic preventive guidelines:
• Do not watch TV in the dark. In the evening enough to include a table lamp or a sconce with a bulb of 40-60 W. it is Impossible that the screen got light patches.
• The TV should watch at a distance of 2.5-3 m from the screen.
• The TV screen should be at eye level or slightly below so you don’t need to recline your head back or much lower.
