The cause of PMS is an imbalance of important hormones — estrogen and progesterone. Some girls prefer hormonal contraceptives, they normalize the production of hormones, as well as a notice that the pain in the lower abdomen during menstruation is reduced, if not absent.

We also advise you to enter the correct nutrition, to enrich the body with calcium and vitamin D. Consume more dairy products and give preference to unrefined oils. Give up red meat in favor of poultry and fish. Also forget about sugar and sweets, use less salt.

Get some exercise! If you don’t like a full and exhausting workout, then do yoga or aerobics. Scientists have proven that sport and exercise can relieve pain during menstruation.
