How to connect the divided Russian people and not to kill him?

Как соединить самый разделённый русский народ и при этом не угробить его?

A vital topic, however, raised the incident with detention at Sheremetyevo Russian students and at the same time the “Negro” of Latvia. Over the next 2 weeks the online community has shot more than hundreds of different articles that somehow address the issue of the divided nation in the world – the Russian people, and offers a variety of solutions to the current situation.

One of the last – large caliber – slammed the government of Russia, declaring the desire to provide a visa-free regime for all citizens of the Baltic States (ethnic Russian) (http://rus.delfi.lv/news/daily/latvia/medvedev-poruchil-dat-pravo-bezvizovogo-vezda-v-rf-vsem-negrazhdanam-latvii-i-estonii.d?id=47883235) even more than made his position controversial, but the actions are inconsistent.

To blame the Russian leadership in the absence of a coherent policy on the national and the Russian question – I think it is shortsighted and foolish, because the authorities still have not decided even to a Russian, living in Russia and having a Russian passport. But to decide sooner or later will have, because the lack of private initiative in such matters is merely a transfer of initiative to the geopolitical enemy. So just to speculate, what could be this solution?

During spontaneous useinternet discussion crystallised two main proposals:
1) Move all patriots in Russia, and those who are not moved, to be considered enemies.
2) Restore the borders of the Empire along the way gave the chance to the Anglo-Saxons and other barbarians

Let’s examine these options more closely:
A) let’s Say that tomorrow will be announced the repatriation of the type of repatriation of all Volksdeutsche in 1939, and all ethnic Russians in unison, strode down to their ethnic Homeland,
1. First question – what will be considered ethnic Russian Motherland? All the Baltic States, for example, covered with Russian graves. In the year 1203, when Riga was only a germ, lands the future of Livonia was the independent Principality of Vyacheslav Viktorovich – the legendary Prince Vyachko. (http://www.russkije.lv/ru/lib/read/prince-vyachko.html?source=persons).

Then in 1721м for the same land was generously paid from the Russian Treasury to the Swedish crown. From here, from his estate in Selcalls – went to his last war hero of 1812, General of cavalry Yakov Kulnev. Well, my great – grandfather- Imperial guard – buried here…

And suddenly someone decided that all this is unimportant and Russian here – aliens and therefore ALL RUSSIAN urgently needs to blame what the clock sings well-a well-trained choir boys bunnies from among the titular Baltic nationalists and Russian kvass patriots who always want to ask a question: “And you, like the patriots, is there any guarantee that tomorrow any other region of Russia will not be declared nerissia?” Communicating daily with our Western partners, I now see that they are not going to stop there. Since 1917 they are confidently and consistently eating Russia piece by piece, and very inspiring 100-year result.

2. And what will happen to modern Russia, when suddenly on its territory will be poured 60 million compatriots? (this is the amount of Russians living outside the Russian Federation – https://regnum.ru/news/1301693.html.) What will happen if Russia will flock 3 Moscow… or 12…or St. 40 Novosibirskom? I think one that it will be a humanitarian disaster? Well, there is now in Russia, no jobs, no infrastructure that could cope with such a Horde of compatriots. And never will be, until they change the development paradigm to one that requires a sharp population growth. By the way, I personally do not believe that the adoption of such a paradigm is the result of brilliant wisdom and the will of any ruler. No, it will happen (and already happening), subject to the relentless logic of the circumstances which, as always, stronger than the logic intentions.

B) Not less problematic is if the second proposed scenario. Even more. Even if it will be implemented on the Crimean option. By the way, the repetition of the Crimean isn’t just likely. Judging by the dynamics of events in Europe, it soon runs the risk of becoming a particularly fashionable trend.
While “our Western partners are trying to dump illiquid loss-making areas and their populations for the maintenance of Russia, provoking a conflict and forcing Russia to occupy and / or Annex. In their scenario, so the easiest way to weaken Russia and then to chop off much more than you put in… But if Russia will not be provoked, and “our Western partners” in the near future will not be able to Rob anyone, cocky escapades with the constant breaking down of Russia into “weak” and demands “more compensation, good and different” will change to mournful lamentations about the plight under the yoke of the Anglo-Saxons”, nostalgic memories of “friendship of peoples” and to friends houses, and only at Russia’s expense.

So this option is also not ice, because Russia today categorically lack the capacity for uniform and progressive development of its own stump of the former Empire. Focal development of separate territories of the Russian Federation, which is enough today to Russian facilities, and so creates a certain internal tension with the confrontation between Moscow and the “zamkadya”, cities and provinces, and the tiny Crimea has demanded the activation of all existing reserves, and God forbid to these areas to add new – hernia materialized inevitable as the sunset.

Does this mean that the situation is a stalemate, and any subsequent move only makes the existing position? Does this mean that any reunification of the divided nation in the world is losing? Not at all. We just consistently show extremely losing options, shamefully overlook all the other, existing not in a single instance. To be continued, where I’m going to raise a terribly controversial subject: “What Russian does Russia need?”
