In the budgets of the Russian Federation in 2017-2019 may be able to borrow abroad up to three billion dollars a year. This measure will be needed to cover the budget deficit, if the Reserve Fund is exhausted. According to some projections, it will happen in the next year. Earlier, Russia has already placed 10-year Eurobonds with a volume of 1.75 billion dollars at 4.75 per cent per annum.
