Google sued for balls-routers

На Google подали в суд из-за шаров-роутеровCompany Space Data Corporation will sue Google.

Company Space Data Corporation filed a lawsuit against Google, accusing the company of stealing ideas Project Loon balloons.

As reported Еngadget, Google founders Sergey Brin and Larry page back in 2007, visited SDC.

Both sides then negotiated the investment, and signed a nondisclosure agreement, and the Google engineers were shown secret documents. They contained research on how to make these balloons work as access points to the Internet. The lawsuit claims that Google violated the patents and using stolen intellectual property for the past eight years.

SDC investments not received as on the agreements blabbed to reporters. And Project Loon now exists as one of the promising directions of Google.
