Penguin 4.0 allows online to check indexed links, and then restore the position of the portal in search results. The developers noted that the key objective of refresh is the fastest possible search of spam, and remove suspicious or unreliable websites from search queries issued by the user.
The previous update of Penguin 3.0 was held in October 18, 2014, after that Google announced the start of the development of the new algorithm. Confirmation of the starting of the development was provided by the representative of the company on the official page in Twitter on September 23.
