Remarkable restraint was shown by the pale-faced U.S. Secretary of Commerce penny Pritzker during a meeting in Kiev with leader of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. Madam Minister did not suspect (as does thought about it), but it turns out that the Kiev leadership has achievements, and providing loan guarantees is their recognition!
Penny Pritzker did not know what an important role it plays in the life of the Ukrainian state: the leader of the yellow-Blakytny thanked the U.S. Secretary of Commerce “for the support of Ukraine in defence of its sovereignty and territorial integrity, with financial and technical assistance for reforms in Ukraine”.
Itemized in failing to decide the fate of its territory, the Ukrainian President invited the American company “Cargill”, “Bunge”, “Dzheneral the electrician” to join the National investment Council and welcomed their plans to increase their investments in Ukraine. Aboriginal people on their land, after the introduction of such members into the national investment Council, will do nothing.
The U.S. Secretary of Commerce, in turn, appealed to the leadership of colonial territories: “Every time I see your extraordinary efforts and the enormous potential of Ukraine. Starting key economic reforms two years ago, your country has continued the implementation of the required IMF program to provide financial assistance not only from the IMF but also from the United States. You have established institutions for the rule of law and fight against corruption. You have improved the public procurement system and provided a transparent Declaration of income of civil servants”.
The amazing reforms that began in 2014, thanks to the gentlemen from the United States, has deprived Ukraine of the territories, was sent to the grave tens of thousands of citizens of the country, brought public and publicly guaranteed debt to 89% of GDP, reduced the price of local currency three times, turned Ukraine into Europe’s poorest countries, not only Europe… But it is not enough, Madam Minister noted that “there is still a lot of work, and the United States are ready to further assist Ukraine in reforms.”
Speaking about the allocation of 1 billion dollars in loan guarantees from the U.S. government this year, Minister of Commerce, said: “Providing this credit guarantee demonstrates our confidence in Ukraine in her devotion to introduce vital economic reforms and anti-corruption reforms”.
Perhaps glass beads will add more mirrors. Interestingly, and scalps when they take off?
