Fueling Tesla will be paid

Заправки Tesla станут платнымиCurrently, the Supercharger network EZS has about 734 stations scattered around the world.

From 1 January 2017 Tesla stops a promotion for a free charging of their electric cars.

The company decided to introduce a fee for owners of electric cars who bought your car after January 1, 2017 – but only if they exceed the limit of 400 kWh of charge per year, which is about a thousand miles.

After this threshold is passed, Tesla owners will begin to pay for fueling their cars, but this amount will still be much lower than the cost of gasoline. For current owners of electric cars, as well as those who have already made the order, but will receive their cars in the first three months of 2017, the company does not apply.

Tesla claim that the funds received from electric charging stations, “will allow us to reinvest in the network to accelerate their growth”. Most likely, the money will go toward maintenance and expansion of the network of gas stations.

Note that currently, the Supercharger network EZS has about 734 stations scattered around the world.
