Cranberries contain lots of antioxidants which interact with free radicals of oxygen, which leads to improved memory as well as to more balanced work of musculoskeletal system in old age.

Blueberry has all the same properties as cranberries, just in antioxidants it is slightly smaller, but it contains substances that improve vision.

Third place was shared between a large-beet and cabbage. The substances contained in these vegetables destroys the enzymes, which in large quantities leads to the development of Alzheimer’s disease and cognitive decline.

Oily fish contains fatty acids that also break down harmful enzymes. Studies have shown that if at least once a week to eat one of the varieties of fatty fish, you can greatly reduce the likelihood of Alzheimer’s disease.

Honorable fifth place in the ranking of “smart” food is spinach, which slows down the appearance of problems in the nervous system caused by aging and prevent the emergence of disorders of cognitive abilities.
