Prana diet
People who follow this diet claim they do not eat or drink, surviving only on air and sunlight. The risk to go to the light after such a diet is very large.
Biktimirova
This diet requires careful selection of products in an attempt to change the hormonal balance in the body.
A gluten-free diet
It is based on the assumption that the cause of excess weight – gluten. To exclude it from the diet excludes foods made with wheat, barley, oats and other cereals.
Alcohol diet
It provides minimum calories of food and a maximum of alcohol.
Dukan-diet
A diet high in protein and low in carbohydrates.
