Information-analytical Agency “SeverInform” has published the next rating* debt load of residents of regions of Russia. It shows, in some regions per capita is the most outstanding loans.

Compared to the beginning of the year, the picture has changed little. The biggest debt burden falls on the residents of Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district – 183 and 165 thousand rubles per person, respectively. It is worth noting that the average for the country — about 72 thousand.

Located next to the Magadan oblast, Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Republic of Sakha and Komi, Moscow and Murmansk region, where the debt load of residents exceeded 100 thousand rubles. According to Rosstat, in all these regions, the average salary is higher than the average for Russia, which amounted in the first half of 37 thousand. For example, in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug the average income exceeds 94 thousand in NAO — 80 thousand inhabitants of Komi earn about 46 thousand, and in Moscow region — 43 thousand rubles.

The smallest debt load is on Chechnya, Dagestan, Ingushetia, Sevastopol and the Crimea. Here, again, the situation is similar to that which was in the beginning of the year. In these region the debt load below 12 thousand rubles.

* The rating is based on data of the RF Central Bank 1.07.2016 on loans granted to individuals resident. Under the debt load means the ratio of the total amount existing in the region of the population debt to banks to the number of inhabitants of the region.
