The Turkish President said that the Russian plane was shot down due to pilot error.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the shooting down of a Russian military plane in November last year led pilot error.
“It really makes you think that our relationship with Mr Putin has changed dramatically and he donated Turkey due to pilot error,” said Erdogan.
However, the Turkish President did not specify how the pilot – Turkish or Russian – made mistakes.
However, he expressed hope for improved relations with Russia, although not understand, what steps does Russia expect from Turkey.
As you know, relations between Russia and Turkey deteriorated after in November last year the Turkish air force shot down a Russian military aircraft that violated the country’s airspace.
