Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Europe as a whole contributes to terrorism.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan accused Europe of abetting terrorism because of the support of the Kurdistan workers party (PKK). He stated this Sunday in a broadcast of the Turkish TV channels.
“Europe as a whole contributes to terrorism. Even despite the fact that they recognized the PKK as a terrorist organization, it’s clear… We see how the PKK can freely and comfortably act in Europe,” Erdogan said.
At the same time, the Turkish leader added that “I don’t care if they call me a dictator or something – it goes in one ear and out the other.”
As reported, the international community has criticized the Turkish government for the fact that on Friday Turkish police detained about ten deputies of the Pro-Kurdish people’s democratic party, including its co-chairs Selahattin Demirtaş and Figen Yukseldi.
