According to the Vice-Premier of Russia Arkady Dvorkovich, the suspension of oil production may lead to the termination of falling prices and increase the cost.
He noted that should be taken into account a huge number of factors, but a strong decline in prices is not expected.
We will remind that on 16 February in Doha hosted a meeting of Minister of energy of Russia Alexander Novak and energy Ministers of OPEC countries. At the end of the negotiations, the countries concluded an agreement on the suspension of oil production at the level of 11 January 2016. However, this agreement will be valid only under the condition that other manufacturers will support the initiative.
Experts believe that the talks in Doha, will have a strong impact on the market in the short term. However, it is expected that by the end of the current year demand and supply are balanced, and the market marked the normal price.
