Duty on Russian oil exports will decrease by 11%

Export duty on Russian crude oil from 1 September 2016 will decrease by 11.2% and will be $80 per ton, compared to $90,1 a month earlier, follows from materials of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

As pointed out by the Ministry of Finance, the average price of Russian export oil Urals, for the monitoring period from 15 July to 14 August 2016 $41,57667 per barrel, or $303,5 per ton. Thus, according to the calculations of the Ministry, the export duty on oil in Russia from 1 September 2016 are expected to fall $10.1 and $80 per ton.

The duty on highly viscous oil will fall to $9.5 from $10,9 per ton. Preferential rate of duty on oil for a number of deposits of Eastern Siberia, Caspian fields and the Prirazlomnoye field in connection with new formula, adopted in the framework of the tax maneuver in the oil industry, from February 1, 2015 remains at zero.

The duty on light oil products and oil will be $32 per ton, on dark — $65,6. The export duty on commercial gasoline will be reduced to $48,8, naphtha (nafta) — up to $56,8 $63.9 per tonne. The duty on liquefied gas remains at zero. Duty on coke will fall to $5.2 from us $5.8 per ton.
