Doctors told how coffee affects the heart

Experts have again confirmed the benefits of coffee.

Scientists from York University in the new study proved that drinking coffee protects against the threat of premature death among people with high risk of heart failure.

Experts came to the conclusion that one or two cups of coffee a day is good for the heart after researched data about the use of popular beverage patients who are at risk in connection with risk of development of heart failure. In the study, researchers involved over 3700 people.

The results showed that drinking coffee in moderation – no more than two cups a day reduces the risk of premature death.

Thus, the new study confirms previous observations, which showed that popular drink, once seen as a threat for heart in moderation actually produces a protective effect.
