A complete rejection of grain in the diet can lead to disease and early death. This was announced by Australian scientists within 10 years watching as 1,600 people, whose average age was 49 years.
The researchers came to the conclusion that about 15% of these volunteers were in good physical shape, feel happy and cheerful. They all regularly consumed carbohydrates in the form of bread. Combined with the fiber contained in fruits and vegetables, contributed to the maintenance of excellent physical form of the participants.
Scientists recommend to eat black or rye bread. A complete rejection of baking for weight loss can cause various ailments.
