Doctors have recognized the Dukan diet the most dangerous in the world

Медики признали диету Дюкана самой опасной в миреThis diet is criticized by many.

The Dukan diet is based on the strict rules of food intake and increased protein intake at the expense of carbohydrates, recognized as the worst diet of 2011.

The Dukan diet is a complicated, four-step approach to nutrition based on the use of meat and fish. “There is no scientific evidence that this diet is useful. It works only by reducing the size of portions, reducing the number of calories and avoiding certain foods. However, to completely abandon entire food groups is not recommended”, – experts say.

This diet, according to experts, too hard, confusing, and, as was acknowledged even by its Creator, Dr. Dukan, faces constipation, loss of energy and bad breath. During the first phase (attack) which lasts for 10 days, allowed to eat only lean meats, fish, eggs and dairy products, plus a half tablespoons of oat bran a day. During the second stage of the diet introduce some vegetables, excluding potatoes, plus two tablespoons of oat bran. This stage can last for months, while losing weight reaches the desired weight. The most persistent reach the third phase, when allowed to eat a little bread and fruit. Stage four – stabilization – allows you to have anything anytime, except Thursday.

Experts from the British dietetic Association said that this diet is worse than harmful diet, urges to drink alcohol, not to eat anything at all, to eat raw food exclusively or baby food. Experts believe that this diet deserves the first place in the list of most harmful diets. In second place is a diet called “alcorense, the third is the diet for blood group, the fourth – the raw food diet, and the fifth – the diet of baby food.
