The official Battlefield release 1 is scheduled for October 21, 2016.
DICE company shared its plans for open beta testing of Battlefield 1. The developers plan to conduct tests on all platforms including Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC in the coming months.
On one of the last broadcasts with the developers, community Manager of the Studio said that testing will begin shortly after GamesCom 2016. The exhibition will be held in Cologne from 17 to 21 August, so gamers can expect for the end of August — beginning of September.
Participants in the program Battlefield Insider will be able to participate in the tests 3 days earlier compared to the other players. To join the program just to apply for the official website of the series.
Currently testing details were not disclosed. It is unknown how long will outdoor stage the test and what part of the content of the game will provide gamers for review.
