The Network got pictures of the Chinese version of the crossover Jeep Compass. The photographs published by the Chinese edition of Auto.163 the car without camouflage. All specifications of the crossover are still kept secret. According to Autocar, the engine range of the car includes 1.6-liter gasoline engine E-Torq. Also customers will be offered a diesel units of 1.6 – and 2.0-liters.
The European version of the crossover will be presented at the motor show in Paris, which starts on 29 September 2016. Later, at the November motor show in Guangzhou debuted a modification for the Chinese market. The main competitors of the model will be Nissan Qashqai, Kia Sportage and Mazda CX-5.
Initially the car will receive three versions – Sport, Longitude and Limited. Later will be presented a special modification of the crossover SUV called the Trailhawk, which is designed for driving in severe off-road. At the moment the company has already started to test new products.
