“When dealing with collectors, borrowers say they will not pay, because expect that in the near future collection activity was deemed illegal, and all agencies will close,” said Dmitry Teplitsky, the representative of the Agency “Activitiesother” (collection Agency subsidiary of Sberbank). According to him, the share of such debtors is about nine percent.
Teplitsky noted that in the case of adoption, the banks will collect debts through the courts.
On March 5, the state Duma Deputy Olga Kazakova (United Russia) said that the lower house of Parliament plans to adopt a law on the reservoirs during the spring session. For violation of the rules provides for a fine of up to 2 million rubles.
