Under the agreement, EU–Turkey for three years the Czech Republic should take about 3 thousand refugees
The Czech Republic will host in 2016, 80 of the first refugees from the camps in Turkey on the basis of EU agreements with Ankara. This was stated by the head of the Czech interior Ministry Milan khovanets Sunday, August 28. According to him, failure is screening of migrants, which the Czech intelligence services carried out very carefully, which takes a lot of time.
“Are a very deep check of refugees from the security point of view, and, apparently, they will not be finished until the end of the year. So you can’t assume that we until the end of the year someone (migrants – ed.) have taken”, – said the khovanets.
The Minister recalled that in the framework of the agreement EU–Turkey for three years the Czech Republic should take about 3 thousand refugees.
He called a “disastrous” uncontrolled reception of irregular migrants in Germany and said that such in any case can not happen in the Czech Republic.
“The Czech Republic on the map of Europe was based refugees – ed.) marked in red. Migrants know that there are European law, and if they illegally cross the border, you’ll be in prison” – said the khovanets.
