Crimeans who have taken credits in the Ukrainian banks will be obliged to pay the debts. About this newspaper “Kommersant”, citing the website of the Fund for the protection of depositors of the Crimea (the DIA, the “daughter” Agency on insurance of contributions), which has published the list of organizations entitled to recover from the inhabitants of the Peninsula debts on loans purchased from Ukrainian banks.
According to the newspaper,the law introduced in 2015, but until now, the implementation is not reached, in order to prevent social tensions in the Crimea. However, there are now organizations that Fund the protection of depositors of the Crimea (FSW) intend to recover debts from the Crimean people. Currently registered three such organizations — LLC “Yuk “Legal initiative”” (Krasnodar), JSC “Stock converse centre” (Moscow) and LLC “DJ Finans Rus” (St.-Petersburg).
The DIA was empowered to settle differences in the collection of debts from the Crimean Ukrainian credit pursuant to a law adopted in late 2015,— 422-FZ. He found that to recover debts from residents of the Crimea, only Russian organization, which bought the debts from the original creditors.
Meanwhile, the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov urged Crimeans not to pay the debts of Ukrainian banks. Feldman stated that was applied regulations and legislation to the Crimean was not possible to force to recover these amounts.
