“Gazprom” has invited the Chinese CNOOC to participate in the development of oil fields on the Russian shelf, reported “Interfax” the head of “Gazprom Alexey Miller.
“As for oil – we’re considering this possibility (cooperation of “Gazprom” and the Chinese company for the development of fields – if) such offers are made. In particular is the field to the shelf” – he said.
“As for the gas fields, it is necessary to understand that “Gazprom” in the current time period, the surplus mining capacity is 150 billion cubic meters of gas is our surplus in the field of mining. Without a doubt, there is no need of any attracting investment or partners in these projects. We just very quickly can build up significant volumes of gas supplies to foreign markets”, – said Miller.
