To microfinance organizations experience distrust 27.6 percent of respondents (versus 40.4 percent in 2014), credit consumer cooperatives — 20.9 per cent (34.4 per cent), to the pawn — 20.5 percent (against 32.6 per cent), insurance companies — 17,2 (versus 32.3 percent).

“The overall level of trust between financial market participants increases due to the ongoing regulatory policy and legislative innovations aimed at protecting the rights of consumers”, — said the press service of the Central Bank.

March 12, Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Russia Mikhail Sukhov said that the amount of the deposits for the year could increase by 15 percent. According to him, credit institutions managed to maintain the confidence of depositors, despite the difficulties in the economy.

Last year, the volume of fiscal deposits in banks increased by a quarter. In February, the growth was 20 percent year-on-year.
