A resident of the canadian province of Alberta Barbara Lin-Shaffer filed a lawsuit against the company Niantic, which developed Pokemon GO, because, according to her, fans of the popular app interfering in private life. Reported by the Associated Press.

According to Canadians, players in Pokemon GO not once tried to climb the fence of her house. She also argues that the fishers of pokemon sitting in front of her home at any time of the day. A resident of Canada has already sent a request to the company to the territory of her house removed from the game.

“We moved here to be in silence, and not for the fact that people were climbing over my fence. The last thing we want strangers looking in our Windows. On Saturday someone even launched our own backyard drone, to play the game,” said Lin-Shaffer.
