British newspaper published information about the death of Paul McCartney”

Tabloid refers to the owners of the YouTube channel, which claimed to have found conclusive evidence the substitution of the member of The Beatles with a double.

Ken Peters, one of the founders of the Mystery channel Decoders based on YouTube popularized the conspiracy theory, highlighted in the film from Netflix. The essence of the theory is that Paul McCartney died in a car accident in 1966. According to preliminary reports, the singer replaced by a lookalike named Billy Sheppard, who had previously “substitute” McCartney at public events.

As evidence, experts cite the example of comparison of growth and shape of the ear McCartney and his alleged double. According to Peters, after an accident in Germany, the organizers of the band decided to replace McCartney in order to avoid falling popularity.
