At once two participants of the festival in Venice will receive prizes for contribution to cinema and this is the first time in the existence of the event.
Awards will be given to the Director Jerzy Skolimowski (Poland) and actor Jean-Paul Belmondo (France).
Fifty years of creative career, Belmondo includes more than 80 paintings. Among them the famous “breathless” and “Pierrot Le fou”, the premiere of which took place 51 years ago on the Italian cineaste. Filmography Director Skolimowski includes 20 works.
His work “Essential killing” (2010) awarded by the judges of the Grand Prix. Another 73-th Venice film festival will be held this year in early September.
