Citizens of Luhansk and Donetsk regions will go on General grounds.
The Ministry of education of Belarus has determined the timing of the opening campaign, as well as the reception of documents on budgetary and paid places for the residents of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, reports Belsat.
According to the publication, the procedure proceeds allegedly governs a special decree of the President of Belarus from August 30, 2014 № 420. However, the document does not contain any specifics.
“Citizens of Luhansk and Donetsk regions will participate in the competition for budgetary vacancies in an additional set simultaneously with the citizens of Belarus”, – said in the decree.
It clarifies the issue, the Department of work with foreign citizens of the BSU said that to enter the University with a certificate of the DNR or LNR. But first you need to give this document to a special assessment.
“Republican Institute of higher education conducts examination and gives a conclusion about the possibility or impossibility of entering University. There are to be authenticated and the authenticity of the document and not the knowledge”, – said the representative of the Department.
In the competition for higher education on terms of payment stipulated for the citizens of Belarus, citizens of Luhansk and Donetsk regions will be able to participate from July 8 to October 15.
Earlier, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has declared that supports the unity of Ukraine and does not intend to recognize the self-proclaimed DND and LNR.
