The baseline scenario for Belarus is based on oil, which costs 30-35 dollars per barrel. This was, according to “BelTA”, said first Deputy economy Minister Alexander Zaborovsky.
He noted that the Russian colleagues use a multi-scenario approach. According to him, in such a scenario will conservatively and realistically assess the possibilities for economic dynamics, conduct fiscal policy. “If the situation goes better, the budget window of opportunity will be more. If the external environment will be tougher — so there is no need to spend a substantial decline in investment, budget and so on,” said zaborowski.
