Banned in China after tests driverless cars on public roads

According to the head of the automotive Department of the Ministry of industry and information technology of China Shi Vagina, his Department and the police of China have the draft rules, which defines how to test the drones on public roads. Chinese companies are already testing driverless cars on public roads. So, in April, a car with Autonomous control systems of the company Changan traveled to China 1200 test miles. In six days the car covered the distance from Chongqing to Beijing.

On public roads its drones experienced Internet company Baidu. The firm, which is called the equivalent of Google from China, brought on the roads of Beijing hatchback BMW 3-Series Gran Turismo with a system of Autonomous control. During the trip the car was turning, unfolded, and left on the highway.
