Directorate of 38-th Moscow international film festival has announced the programme of the festival. Its closing film will be a new picture of woody Allen “high life”, the correspondent “reports Tapes.”<url>” from a Russian pavilion in Cannes.
“High life”, in which she plays Jesse Eisenberg and Kristen Stewart, may 11, opened the Cannes film festival. The opening film of the festival, in turn, will be the ribbon “Ke-dy” by Sergei Solovyov on the story of Andrei Gelasimov Paradise Found.
In the main competition of the festival will show new movies Dane Bunch of Grasten, Italian David Grieco, pole Janusz Majewski, Frenchman Sebastian Betbeder, Iranian Reza Mirkarimi, the bout Ariel Escalante and Brazilian RUY Guerra. The competition program also included one Russian film — “the Monk and the demon” by Nikolai Dostal.
In a separate competition program will be shown documentaries and short films. Again will be traditional and parallel sections of the festival: “8 1/2 films”, “Films”, “Sex, food, culture, death, documentary “Free thought”. The author’s program of Andrey plahova “Euphoria” this year will be dedicated to European cinema.
Also in the program of the festival included the section “women’s Time” (the films of women Directors), “the Opening Movie seething Arab East”, “My address — Moscow”, “For the 120th anniversary of Gaumont Studio”, “Visual club Ulrike Ottinger”.
In the jury of the competition will include Bulgarian Director Ivaylo Hristov, German Director and artist Ulrike Ottinger, Indian actor, Director and producer, Randhir Kapoor. Documentary competition jury will be headed by French Director Tom Balmes, a company that will be the Russian filmmaker Sergei Debizhev and the Krakow film festival Director Krzysztof Gierat.
38-th Moscow film festival will be held from 23 to 30 June 2016. Its official presentation took place in the Russian pavilion at the Cannes film festival. The organizer of the pavilion stands Roskino with the support of the company “Aeroflot” and the Foundation of Elena and Gennady Timchenko.
