The assistant to the head of Chechnya, Alvi Karimov said that Ramzan Kadyrov subtle sense of humor, and not everyone is able to understand him. So on Thursday, February 11, at the air of “Russian news service” he commented on the appearance in Instagram the head of Republic pictures with a blurred cake singer Nikolai Baskov.
“Humour in Ramzan Akhmatovich is very thin, it does not lie on the surface. He’s just unique, on the level of folklore who lives for centuries. Unfortunately, not all sense of humor. Even if he says something humorous, there are people who take it seriously, on its own account. Humor, too, need to understand,” — said Karimov.
Kadyrov has published 10 February in his Instagram photo with a stained Baskov. The picture he supplied the caption: “After Nikolai Baskov threw the cake, he still complains, running on all international authorities and requests the repetition of the Banquet.”
The photo appeared the next day after at one of the restaurants in the centre of Moscow to the leader of the party PARNAS Mikhail Kasyanov threw the cake. The politician filed a police report, which indicated that the attack was made by “unknown non-Slavic appearance in ten people”.
1 February, the head of Chechnya has also posted in his Instagram account a video in which Kasyanov and journalist Vladimir Kara-Murza allegedly shown through the telescopic sight sniper rifle. “Kasyanov arrived in Strasbourg for the money to Russian opposition. Whoever does not understand, he will understand!” — commented on the role of Kadyrov.
Kasyanov considered the publication of a direct threat of murder, and Kara-Murza saw in action Kadyrov “a direct result of the impunity that for almost a year was established after the demonstrative murder of our comrade, the leader of the Russian opposition Boris Nemtsov 200 metres from the Kremlin”. On 3 February they filed in the FSB statement on the criminal case against the head of Chechnya.
