One of the oldest societies of the Moscow oblast, Mozhayskiy district society of hunters and fishermen. The first scant mention of it exist even in the nineteenth XIX century. In the early twentieth century, unions of hunters take a more organized character, before the war, in Mozhaisk district, was organized by the “Circle the correct hunting”.
In June 1946 Mozhaisk on Ooir logged MSOO Measure. In the composition of the hunting grounds of the society were Mozhaisk, Ruzsky and verey areas. Subsequently, by dividing into three hunting: importance of Uvarovskiy and Moskvoretsky, hunting Mozhaisk Rooir declined sharply and amounted to 85.5 thousand hectares, and mass acquisition of land for dacha construction “took away” a piece of land, aggravating the fact, not the best at the moment, the ecological situation. Particularly adverse situation is in the waters of the Mozhaisk reservoir. And it is no secret that the hunting grounds of the area has always been famous for the abundance of game and animal. In ancient manuscripts it is possible to find interesting information, for example, that Ivan the terrible liked to hunt in our area. In one day of hunting the king, his hunting in Mozhaisk district hounded: the 3 bears, 7 wolves, 26 foxes, hares 275, 43 grouse, capercaillie 27, 55 ducks and other small game.
Unfortunately, in the archives of the city of Mozhaysk and companies have very little data on the history of Mozhaisk Rooir, therefore, at the meeting of the Board of the company from 27.05.2016, it was decided that the date of education June 1946 and mark this day on the 3rd Saturday of June.
First President of the society was a war veteran – hair Alexey Prokhorovich. In August 1959, by order of the Chairman of the Executive Committee Makarov Andrei Fedorovich was allotted land for the construction of the “House hunter” and in 1961, under the leadership of Chairman of the society Slyusarev Ivan Nikolaevich, “hunter’s House” was built and is registered at the address: Mozhaisk, Perovskaya str. 2A, where he is currently. In the years of the presidency of Ivan Nikolaevich and hunters Darveniza Peter Kazimirovich was carried out a comprehensive
biotechnical measures to increase the hunting fauna. In one только1964 year the land was brought and released a large number of deer, massively increased the population of wild boar. Under the leadership of Chairman Surovtseva Alexander Alexandrovich reorganized the hunting grounds of the society. During the reign of Chairman Kuleshov Vasily Ivanovich was built a garage at “the hunter’s House”. At this time a group of hunters enthusiasts began breeding hunting dogs. Under the leadership of Chairman Luzia, Peter M. and handler Polevova Alexander 29 Jun 1986 held the first exhibition of hunting dogs, and the same year began to conduct their field tests. This year will be the 30th anniversary exhibition of hunting dogs. 20 years headed the society Yurin Alexander Nikitovich. With his active involvement in the hunting grounds built small watchtowers and feeding systems, the competitions on bench shooting. And this is only a brief list of good deeds carried out in the community. In the intervening period many things had changed. Changed country, changed laws, changed not only the goals and objectives of companies, chief of which was and remains the satisfaction of interests and protection of the rights of hunters and anglers on hunting and fishing. Preservation and enhancement of hunting and fishing fauna, rational use of stocks of game animals and fish, assigned to the society the lands and waters. Nonprofit organization, supports its members, conducts and organizes competitions on bench shooting, hunting for sport and fishing. Provides great benefits to the disabled, seniors, veterans and VBD in the payment of membership fees and the provision of hunting. Hunters Mozhaisk Rooir aged 65 years and older, the decision of the Council of the society, hunt free. There are many problems, but society cope with them and decides. In 2011, the community and staff Rooir was demolished the old and built new building of the “House hunter”. A huge thanks to all who took part in it. It United members of society.
Today the society consists of about 1,500 people – people United by a common passion for HUNTING, LOVE of NATURE AND CONCERN ABOUT ITS ANIMAL WORLD.
On this festive day, June 18, 2016, under the leadership of Chairman Mozhaisk Rooir Michael Puzyreva, his Deputy Sergey Kochetkov, Board members Alexander Kryuchkov and Dmitri Berezhanskaja, hunters Yuri Kuznetsov was organized a competition in Skeet shooting among hunters primary groups devoted to the 70 anniversary of the society. The competition was attended by 27 primary teams of three people each. Two equipped cars to run plates, the stands, it was necessary to produce 15 effective rounds of the same ammunition.
After a long cool and wet beginning of June, that day was a bucket. There was a gentle breeze, just along the axis of flight, “red targets”, equating the shooting conditions of the participants.
The results were as follows:

III-place – team No. 11 Mosenergo, scoring 30 points.

IV-th place – A. I. olkhovyk (team kzhi), scoring 12 points.
