A BRIEF HISTORY OF HOUSING IN MOSCOW

Anyone that hurts, that about that and speaks !

For example not far to seek. We almost every day we hear the phrase that the housing problem spoiled Muscovites. But nobody pays attention that there is mention of the Muscovites. It is the Muscovites !

Why ? Yes, because the Muscovites at all times envied by the whole country. They say that these Muscovites – so-and-SOS, and they have still all got.

Well, because the housing issue in Russia has always been very sharp, to talk about the Moscow residence permit (even Muscovites in conversation with the Moscow limitchik) was like stepping on toes…

Unfortunately, the visibility, or rather, behind the apparent “gloss” of housing in Moscow, many today, and especially in the years of Soviet power, not seen, to be exact – just was not aware that any housing should have a certain quality, preferably high consumer properties.

Nevertheless, Moscow limitchik (a person temporarily working in Moscow, who lived in the Dorm) was extremely happy free getting even little room or multi-room communal apartment.

Well, many children laborers, who claimed the “expansion” could get a second room in the same communal apartment.

There were some people who wanted to get an apartment instead of on the outskirts of the capital the apartment is smaller, but closer to the Center. Others could make the apartment even on the outskirts, but a larger area. And it was not superfluous and it is highly desirable.

Well, the “cool” Muscovites has already claimed at getting a one bedroom apartment instead of “odnushki”.

In General, the stratification among the inhabitants of the capital had always been thorough, very noticeable.

However, over the years, I have made a remarkable observation when the apartment is not money, it corrupts people even more ! We’ll talk about it next time ?..
