Conversations around Ukraine is still tense. After a meeting of leaders “channel format” in Berlin, October 19, all the world’s media is talking about what will happen in Ukraine and how the country will stop the bloody war.

I see no sense to do so, as States so well take part in “Minsk-2” (Ukraine, Germany and France represent the interests of this country in the negotiations). So I think it makes no sense to bring yet another country that will work not for the benefit of the population of Ukraine, and for the benefit of his country and his pocket.
