Yatsenyuk has proposed to change the “channel format”

Яценюк предложил изменить "нормандский формат"

Conversations around Ukraine is still tense. After a meeting of leaders “channel format” in Berlin, October 19, all the world’s media is talking about what will happen in Ukraine and how the country will stop the bloody war.

Of course, to cancel the Minsk agreement is meaningless. It is understood as a negotiating party, and other countries in the world. Poroshenko already kind of given up on the implementation of the “Minsk-2”, however, alternative variants, the Ukrainian President could not offer (I do not consider the proposal to go to war with Russia).

Accordingly, to resolve the conflict should continue to try to abide by the “Minsk-2”. However, as proposed by ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk to “Norman format” we need to connect one more country: USA.

In his opinion, it will be a productive change in the record keeping process. In addition, as noted by the former Prime Minister, States support the position that the first and main stage is security.

Well, the idea of safety, of course, good. But let me remind you that Kiev is the stage and perform. How much would the militia did not take the technique and do not lay down their arms – zero sense. Security forces continued to attack and were first to violate the ceasefire.

So, I think, Poroshenko need to take a course on peaceful resolution of the situation, and not only in words but also in deeds. Indeed, while the APU will continue shelling civilian settlements, no security phase of the question.

Well, about the connection of Obama to the negotiation process, then the issue is definitely controversial. I see no sense to do so, as States so well take part in “Minsk-2” (Ukraine, Germany and France represent the interests of this country in the negotiations). So I think it makes no sense to bring yet another country that will work not for the benefit of the population of Ukraine, and for the benefit of his country and his pocket.
