Opposition leader Ilya Yashin was arrested on the ring road in your own car. As reported by the Yashin on Twitter, the police said that his car may be a firearm.
Currently, the MIA has not commented on the situation.

Internet users drew attention to the fact that the identity that makes Yashin a Lieutenant Colonel, was expired (expired on February 11).
