Yaremchenko is the new head coach of “Karpaty”

Яремченко – новый главный тренер «Карпат»Club of Ukrainian Premier League “Karpaty” decided on the new coaching staff.

According to the official website of Lviv, in the new season the team will be headed by 68-year-old Ukrainian specialist Valeriy Yaremchenko. The coaching staff of an experienced mentor included Vladimir Bezzubik, Anatoly chantsev and Mr Vasotec (goalkeeping coach).

On the coaching post Yaremchenko was replaced by a new assistant of Mr Bezzubka, under whose leadership Karpaty last season in the Ukrainian Premier League ranked seventh.

Yaremchenko from September 2007 to may 2008 has headed the “Karpaty” (22 matches in the Ukrainian League – 7 wins, 4 draws, 11 defeats). At the end of the season, the coach moved to Donetsk and headed the youth team of Shakhtar.

Coach Valeriy Yaremchenko leads since 1982. One of the most experienced Ukrainian coaches, has worked in Shakhtar and the national team of Syria, “Flint”, “Ear”, “Rotor”, Zaporizhzhia Metalurh, Karpaty and Illichivets.

All major coaching achievements Yaremchenko associated with “Shakhtar” – the newly minted coach of “Karpaty” five times has led “miners” to silver medals of the championship of Ukraine and took in the 1997 Cup.
