78-the summer pensioner Zhu GOU every night is the street dance. In all the cities of China are equipped with special places – and after dark there are going to be crowds of the elderly. Of course, they dance as best they can – sometimes clumsily, sometimes professionally. “So the blood does not stagnate in the legs,” explains Zhu GOU. The old man needs to move… Like my grandma used to say – if you fall, not rise again”. In China, “respectable age,” paying special attention everywhere in the parks have playgrounds for seniors: there you can see hundreds of grandparents gathered together, catching up on the bar, doing weights, gymnastics, martial arts and breathing exercises qigong. Life expectancy in China now stands at 75 years, and by 2030 (as is predicted by the Ministry of health of the PRC) will reach 80. China came in second place in the world by number of superdelegates (those who were over 100 years old) – 50 thousand people. The Chinese old people with pleasure drink beer, eat fatty meats and, in General, doing a lot of things that prohibit doctors. So what’s the secret to their longevity?

“Go, love and work”

– First of all our seniors are very active – says Professor of medicine from Guangzhou hay LUN. In China, there is no that, the man retired, and then months sitting at home watching TV, complaining about health. A lot of old men go on a journey to tour the entire country by bus, with a backpack behind shoulders and in the mountains to the ocean. Those who are lonely try to start a new personal life, getting acquainted in the Internet: in recent years the number of pensioners celebrating the holidays of lovers like Valentine’s Day, increased by 50%! Everywhere in the restaurants you can see elderly couples who embrace each other as hot as young. Most of the peasants after retirement (sometimes at the age of 70!) continue to work in the field and in the gardens, saying, “you can’t stop running tiger on the move, or he’ll die!” Pensions in China is small, in villages, and people do get 120 yuan (600 rubles. – Ed.). But in the 49th article of the Constitution of the PRC enshrined the duty of children to take care of old parents, otherwise they… will give a judgment! According to polls, 90% of Chinese elderly people think that after retirement they live much better (!) than in his youth.

Special attention is paid to the elderly nutrition. In China, the real cult of food. And although the local cuisine washed down with a Chinese unhealthy, but popular beer, and most importantly meat in the country – pork, in China, a very low percentage of incidence of liver and heart. Why? The Chinese products are not boiled, but steamed, which preserves the richness and beneficial properties, and also eat a lot of fresh vegetables: pork is always served along with a mountain of chopped salads. In the diet are rice, corn, beans, have fruit. Another important detail: meat and fish in China try to eat fresh, freeze rarely used. For example, shrimp and fish markets sell only in a living form, otherwise the seafood are dead. The food is not being prepared for the future and no tradition of “warm up yesterday.” Also in China not to eat until satiety, then get up from the table with a sense of light starvation. Maybe that’s why among retirees in China (and indeed around the country) problems with being overweight is rare. Almost all Chinese old people fit, active and alert.

“Try to live without the surgeon.”

– Oddly enough, his role in the longevity of the Chinese is the fact that our medicine – pay – says – Hsien Ho, MD center of traditional medicine in Guangzhou. – Alas, the money even worth calling the ambulance, and a 5-minute appointment will cost 100 yuan (520 rubles. – Ed.). When a patient comes to the hospital, it requires a cash Deposit. In rare free clinics for indigent patients are written for the month and spend the night in sleeping bags at the building to get to the doctor quickly. Therefore, people have long been accustomed to be treated by natural means. When the Chinese get sick, he buys a set of dried herbs, roots and dried frogs, brews a potion and drinks: a cold in China no one “scores” chemicals. But if surgery is required, then it is more difficult – all the relatives collecting money. In General, in China in the course of saying: “Live so that you do not need a surgeon.”

Since 1991 on the recommendation of doctors in China introduced the cult of the “Golden twenties”. The Chinese believe that the major disease a person acquires in the period from 40 to 60 years and in this time you need to eat: drink 2 times more water, eat less amount of salt (a maximum of 15 grams), dramatically increase the consumption of fresh vegetables and fruits. Has a value and lifestyle – sleep should be strictly no less than 8 hours a day. According to the assurances of the Ministry of health of China, such measures help people to avoid to the pension of such common diseases as atherosclerosis.

In China has 13% of the elderly, but the government has sounded the alarm. Chinese old respected part of society, they are not considered a burden. Treat them with respect, they spend their time actively involved in the lives of their families, working until late ages, eating fine. Serious drawback – the high cost of medical services, but the Chinese have learned from this benefit.

Perhaps the most important in their lives, there are so many stresses in the life of the elderly Russian. As modestly remarked the pensioner, Zhu GOU: “If the wife complains, I go into another room and draw there characters happiness… Life is too short – if you waste it on anger, it will be even shorter”. China plans to make its citizens lived the longest on Earth. Looks like it’s working.
