Ukraine’s aspiration to independence is worthless as it only goes from one addiction to another. The opinion in the presidential air “channel 5” stated Olympic silver medalist Jean Belenus. Thus, the Ukrainian athlete sarcastically answered the question of the journalist of the program “Rendezvous” about whether the correct way is Ukraine.
“Do you think we are now on the right track, that the country is struggling?”, – asked the journalist.
In response Belenus said: “And what is she fighting?”
“We are now fighting for independence,” said the stunned host of the TV show.
“Yes, we are from one addiction to another immediately. Sorry, we can’t be independent, as we would have liked. If not the East, so the West will dictate its conditions,” – said the Olympic medalist.
Also Belenus said that now the situation in Ukraine is getting worse, including sports. However, he was outraged, why the singer Jamal was given a two-bedroom apartment, but denied similar improvements in the living conditions of the athletes.
