Cost the IOC to pull the stool from under the feet of VADA, allowing the Russian team to the Olympic games in Rio, as the International Federation of different sports started its “kick”. This verbal beating WADA deserved, no doubt, but, first, a little beat, and secondly, why so late?
Now the head of the International swimming Federation (FINA) Julio Maglione decided to put the WAD in place and stated that the organization had exceeded its authority:
“Its members had exceeded its authority. For me, WADA — sooner or later you will need to clear this up is an organization, whose function is to control the doping and approve relevant rules, not to talk about the situation in the country, it should do the host of the Olympic games, the international Olympic Committee”.

You can call me naive, but judging by the reaction of the heads of most of the International federations of different sports, they are clearly on our side, the IOC made clear that the conflict with Russia will not go, then squeeze American hegemony in sport is a matter of time, as in other areas.
