Volkswagen “hinted” to design a seven-seat crossover.
Volkswagen has extended the first official teaser seven-seat SUV, which is expected to be called Atlas. The model will premiere in California October 27.
Its public presentation scheduled for the November motor show in Los Angeles.
Judging by the teaser, the appearance of the novelty is almost completely repeats the design of the concept car CrossBlue, which debuted three years ago at the auto show in Detroit.
The interior of the “Atlas” will be performed in the style of “Tiguan” the second generation. The exterior of the model were also previously declassified spy photos.
A large SUV will be built on a lengthened version of the modular platform MQB. The range of engines will include petrol and diesel four-cylinder units, as well as “six”. More detailed information about the model yet.
