We offer you a number of recipes, with which you can prepare very useful teas, have a positive influence on the human immune system (eat sugar in very limited quantities).

– Cut into wedges 3 unpeeled apples, pour 1 liter of boiled water. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat, leave for 30 minutes, add honey to taste and drink as a tea.

Dry 1 part of orange peels and 1/2 part of lemon peels, add 1 part of black tea Lapsany. Pour 60 g of a dry mixture of 1 liter of boiling water. Add to taste orange syrup and leave for 5 minutes.

– Boil 6 teaspoons of black tea in 0.5 liters of boiling water. Steep 5 minutes then strain, cool and dilute with an equal amount of blackcurrant juice. Pour into cups, dilute to 1/3 with mineral water. Sugar to taste.
