Disassembly Kondratyuk continue.
Popular Ukrainian singer Vitaly Kozlovsky again in the center of the scandal. The fact that the state Executive service under the justice Ministry banned the actor to leave Ukraine until 1 January 2099. And all from-for violations by the artist copyright. The conflict with the former producer Igor Kondratyuk continues.
For 4 years lasts the scandalous story of the severance of working relationship between the singer Vitaly Kozlovsky and producer Igor Kondratyuk. Kondratyuk forbade the artist to sing songs from the old repertoire created during their cooperation. Now it became known that the Ukrainian musical publishing group (UMIG), which Kondratyuk has transferred the rights to manage the whole repertoire of the singer, convicted Kozlowski that he has repeatedly violated the rights of the copyright holder. Therefore, followed by the decision to limit the right of departure of the artist abroad.
It is known that OMIG already won 4 of the court regarding the improper execution Kozlovsky songs at concerts. For these violations, the artist must pay more than 500 000 UAH. As Vitaly Kozlovsky said amount is not paid, the Executive office forbade the actress to leave the Ukraine. That’s what the situation says the artist:
“Trial copyright commenced after I left the ex-producer 4 years ago. They touched on songs I for 9 years invested like your creativity and I personally earned funds. But the main purpose of a producer has always been the only income, so the entire repertoire he for Mercantile reasons, appropriated exclusively to himself. To date, I do not claim any of these songs, all court cases initiated by the party of ex-producer. I don’t attack. I protected. The trial continues and a temporary procedural measure now is to limit travel abroad. Again, a temporary measure that will soon be legally removed, after we will take the following steps in the process.”
On his page on Facebook, angered by the situation, the artist violently expressed their emotions about the situation with Igor Kondratyuk:
“There are people-the bastards… I did Not think that in this life I on the way to meet such a vicious, internal validity – stevy little man… as 4 years could not calm down! Have raised themselves to the heavens and thinks till today that I was his slave whom we must punish out of a desire to be Free… But we are not Gods, we are people. Now this quote from the song is very relevant – “I am for throat constrict revenge and purposely lose track… Because the love is still there, even if it is not.” Before, I only defended. Not attacked in restraining the desire for revenge and did not speak publicly at his side of things, know how his family is vulnerable unable to react to the negative.
