The Federation Council approved the bill on decriminalization of articles of the Criminal code — the beatings (article 116 of the criminal code).Now the beating is not a crime but an administrative offence. “United Russia” restores to the country the right of the strong beating the weak and not to answer for it. Now this is not a crime. And these people dare to say something against the “Stalinist terror”. But the beatings in the family, now considered a crime. A stranger has no right to beat your child, you can beat other people’s children. If you and your child will slap, then you could get two years in jail
