Ban Ki-moon noted that the Syrian government continues to drop bombs on neighborhoods where civilians live.
UN Secretary-General ban Ki-moon during his speech at the 71st General Assembly of the UN blamed the Syrian government for the deaths of most civilians during the five-year military conflict in the country.
“Powerful bosses continue to feed the war machine, their hands are also in blood,” he said.
In his address, ban Ki-moon noted that the Syrian government continues to drop bombs on areas populated by civilians, and systematically torturing thousands of prisoners.
