Ukrainian “white collar” dream to leave the country

Украинские "белые воротнички" мечтают покинуть страну

Three of the five representatives “office plankton” in Ukraine for more high-paying jobs ready to leave the state and seek his fortune abroad.

About this informed the head of the research center of HeadHunter Ruslana Berezovskaya.

“In the conditions of crisis Ukrainians have a lot of work even for a small salary. Those who want to earn more, I have to make some sacrifices. Almost three out of five to get a high-paying job, ready to go to another country. Slightly more than half agree to work long hours. Every third or fourth office employee to deal with, which is indifferent, and every sixth of them is willing to endure any hardship or work seven days a week,” — said Bereza.

According to her, for the sake of work which will allow you to earn enough to pay the bills and to eat, Ukrainians are willing to endure unpleasant team, to work overtime and even on weekends.

“There are those who will remain on the hated work, if it promises good financial reward. More conscious white-collar workers are willing to receive additional training, improve skill level, to take responsibility, and grow personally and professionally. It should be noted that every sixth office worker, it is important to enjoy the work, while the money for him fade into the background” — said Bereza.

We will remind, earlier it was reported that in Ukraine in January this year the unemployment rate reached 1.9 percent. Data excludes Crimean Peninsula and uncontrollable Kiev territories of Donetsk and Lugansk national republics.

At the moment in Ukraine only 508,6 thousand unemployed (compared to EUR 490.8 thousand a month earlier). Thus, the number of unemployed increased by 17.8 thousand people. This is only the official data, the real number is much more.
