Turkish police have arrested the brother of Fethullah Gulen, suspected of plotting a failed coup in the country.
According to the newspaper, Kutbettin Gulen was arrested in the house of his relative in the Turkish province of Izmir.
He was charged with membership in one of the prohibited on the territory of Turkey by terrorist organizations.
